*An additional $50 City of Scottsdale Field fee will be charged to both tackle and flag football players.

All fees are due at time of registration.

Scottsdale Pop Warner accepts Cash, Personal or Business Checks, Visa and MasterCard for all registration fees. All returned forms of payments are subject to a $45 NSF fee.

*SPW offers a family discount when multiple participants are signed up at the same registration, some restrictions apply.

*No participant will be registered until all material is turned in. Exceptions will be made in case of the physical and report card only!

*Every attempt will be made to accommodate requests though we make no guarantees on assignments of the following:

• Same team as previous year
• Same coach as previous year
• Same team as friend or schoolmates
• Accommodations of carpool request
• Cheerleaders on siblings teams
